I was kind of disappointed when I drove 5 miles and my muffler started rattling again. I mentioned it when I was telling the man about it when talking about the exhaust pipe. They seemed pretty scrambled and busy.

Service was just okay on this day, their computer system went down causing me to be held there additional time when I had something to do. I was never offered the a choice of just paying anyhow instead of waiting, or not even 10% off let alone a free oil change for a later time. That was quite disappointing for me.

The staff here is fantastic they explain everything very clearly and work with you for what needs to get done. Great service and got me in quickly. Would recommend to anyone!

I had my son's breaks on his car repaired and it's driving fine but we just noticed we're now missing the front drivers side hubcap. Who pays for this to be replaced?

All the techs and the manger were very polite and helpful. Had an appointment and my brakes were done pretty quickly even though they had to wait for parts to be delivered. I'll be back.

Other services requested were rotate tires and readout and reset computer codes.The tire rotation was performed incorrectly (tires wound up in the wrong locations).Codes were read out and reported but the check engine light was not reset.

Your coupons are deceiving. I had a $20 OFF coupons for any oil change when I got there I was told it could only be applied to the two lesser options and not the full synthetic/6000miles. Two stars because I was given $10OFF otherwise 0 stars
