If there was higher than “highly satisfied”, I’d pick that. Both the gentleman working the counter and the mechanic that actually did the brake repair were friendly and helpful without being too pushy. In fact, they were kind enough to also give me a quote on repairing my power steering and I’m making an appointment to come back for that service in a few weeks!

He gave me as much information about the possible complications of having the repairs or not. . There was no pressure. We ended up having the car repaired.
