Brandon Welch called me & discussed the cabin air filter, which was very dirty, & gave me the opportunity to replace it. I appreciated the tech taking the time to do the checking of the filter’s & additional under the hood that I otherwise, do not think about.

The manager was very personable and explained the problems and options clearly. The employee worked around an obstacle (rust) and was able to patch my tailpipe instead of replacing the entire thing.

Midas always does a great job taking care of my wife and Is cars.

The staff explained what they did in terms that I could understand and weren't condesending. Since I am a woman and older, there are some places that do that is why I'll continue to go to Midas. You have wonderful staff!

"I made the mistake of asking them to tighten up my step bar. They put an impact wrench on it and snapped the bolt off. Now I?m out of business, as I drive for Uber/Lyft and my step bar is not function able."

One of the two workers really was super caring and really actually in depth explained everything which several other Midas’s failed to do.

Overall the experience here was good. It would have been nice to be reminded that I needed synthetic oil. The price was higher than I expected.

I stopped in for an oil change on my way thru Lincoln. The estimated time they gave me was more than double what it actually took. They charged me more than 50% than any other Midas I?ve been to. Also they diagnosed my car with issues that were not apparen
