I had recently serviced my wife's suv at Dodge dealership, who indicated I needed rear brakes replaced asap. At the time, I was only in for minor service, heading out of town and didn't have time to schedule. Checked with Midas online the following week, requested an estimate and scheduled appt...all very easy and efficient! Dropped off car and received call soon after that pads had 60% left, rotors were fine did not recommend changing out. Wow! Honesty was refreshing. Unfortunately, I didn't have any other service needed at this time...and felt bad for the time spent on the inspection. Don't worry...I'll be back to the Lees Summit location soon!

40% upcharge for parts. 2014 Taurus New rear rotors cost $53 at oreilly and napa. Midas charged me $80 plus $110 labor. Front rotors resurfaced they charged me $110 labor. $410 out the door rounded to nearest dollar. What a shame people have to overcharge
