Josh and the staff were super friendly very open to explaining the details and very patient the pricing was less than what I was quoted at a different midas so the pricing was much more reasonable and fair to me. Im Thankful I called Josh for a quote and came in I will definitely be back!!

AC not working and engine light on. Took door panel off and now passenger side door does not open. Josh was very accommodating. I will bring car back to have them look passenger side door. Could not fix AC. Fiat 2014

Called in to see availability. Employee was nice and helpful. Brought car in early and was serviced earlier than expected. Oil change cost was not low but fair enough to do instead of dealer.

Scheduling was easy, and the repair was completed without any delay.

Fast friendly service, nice work on the rear brakes as that is what I went in for, but they took front tires off as well for whatever reason and now my front suspension is making noise that it was not making before I went in. Could be coincedential, but ??

I spoke with Dan when scheduling and he made it convenient for me. I was acknowledged and greeted when I arrived for the appointment. I’ve been using Midas in Gurnee and wouldn’t go anywhere else with my car.

"Went into the shop to get my inspection done on frame, and was over charged $42.50 just to look at my van, no one else has ever charged me just to look at my car. Also rep at desk was not a pleasant experience. "

I can't begin to tell you the horror stories that me and my family have been through with these DISHONEST MECHANIC'S..???? BUT finally from the first day me and my wife left there shop we had nothing but ?? on our faces all the way home. Can't express eno
