Always great and fast service from Ankeny Midas!

Rich was very clear about my problem and what it needed and the cost to fix it. No one is happy with the cost of thing now days . Rich help me out and I thank him I would come back this was my first time in to miss and I'm very happy thank you rich .

Had my car towed to their location. At the time it was -30 degrees every night and they kept my car in their shop over the New Years weekend. Got it done right away on Tuesday when they opened back up.

Overall very good experience. I came to this location a couple months ago and was pleased, so I returned.

Loved the service, lots of friendly staff and answers to all my questions.

Always communicate well. The task to be performed has been explained well. Rich and the team at the Ankeny location have been top notch.

Good communication

I was in for an oil change recently and was impressed by how friendly and FAST the service was. I will definitely be back!

Super nice people and they checked up on me throughout my vehicle repair process. The process was longer than expected but I could tell that they were understaffed that day. They helped me inspect my vehicle and prepare me for the winter.

Great location people and price

Good scheduling. Price seemed a bit high.

Ease of booking and availabilty. Quick service and easy drop off. I had another shop do my alignment prior and it was not correct and the steering wheel was off. I had midas do it this time and the wheel was perfect and no more postive camber.

It cost me more than when I go to a dealership to get my oil changed and this was with a coupon. At the dealership I get a free carwash too. The staff I worked with was very professional and helpful.

I was highly satisfied because everyone was very kind and the time it took to complete the service was accurate to the time they told me. The service I received was completed well.

Found a coupon for a $25 oil change but when I got there they tell me that won?t work for my vehicle. Ended up costing me around 3 times as much. You can?t tell me that the different oil costs about $10 more per quart than the other oil. The labor and f

I was robbed from thisre over 700 dollars with no new fuel pump or resovoir treated wrong sand still after grieving calling corporate customer service never got back with us.
