I have been going to this Store for at least 14 years Lee and his team have never lead me astray. I trust them and believe as a woman I have been treated fairly. They have maintained 3 vehicles for me. This whole team is great.

Because they fixed a problem that happened during my last service, for free. They replaced my oil pan because the previous Midas employee over tightened it, so they had to break it to change my oil. It took longer than anticipated but the communication was great.

The absolute best service and most respectful team there is in the Twin Cities. I had my favorite vehicle serviced by them for years (2010 model, purchased 2015-2022), after it was totaled (2022), I had them check a new to me used vehicle (2013 model) during purchase and they were straight and honest with everything. No over charging, no "it could use this", and most importantly (to me) complete respect and honesty. They even spoke directly with the dealership on my behalf. This team goes above and beyond in every single way. From management, to front desk, to mechanics, I won't go anywhere else. Thank you Lee and team, for being a safe space in the vehicle world. (Also. If you're kindly asked to be on hold for 5+ min, know it's because all of their customers get the same undivided attention)

My muffler popped off right as we were getting to a friend's house and we were supposed to drive home (7 hours away) in two days so I was extremely happy that they were able to get me in so quickly. Great service!

Been going here for along time. Manager Nate Johnson is very honest and he always tells the truth and never tries to up sale you or press you into repairs that are not needed at the time. Nate always seems to do the little things that count.
