The oil change was fine BUT, the tech typed in the wrong mileage. He reported 183,403 miles and it should have been 143,403I spoke with Midas and they apologized and said that they could not correct the mistakeWhat can be done to fix this?

Went in for recall service. Initially told the part was not available. Later told part was available.Had a problem with heater. After inspection was told it was a plugged heater coil that would cost $1,000. I was never told there was a star issued by Chrysler to try flushingthe coil. When I asked why wasn't I told about the star and the rec ommendation from Chrysler. The service person said it does not work to flush it that is why I wasn't I informed. Let me decide. Not you deciding for me!!
