But what was remarkable was the man manning the front counter, Andrew. He was all by himself, answering constant Phone calls, and dealing with walk-in and appointment customers with aplomb. He never lost his composure, treated all with professionalism and gave each person the attention that they sought. Andrew is a real asset. "
