Waited over an hour. Greasy fingerprints on my dashboard and outside the door and on window and oily footprints on my carpet. They did not place a sticker in my windshield for next service.

I worked with Dan at the Carpentersville IL location and he was very helpful. Courteous, knowledgeable, and upbeat. Great employee.

Adam the manager is great..but someone else rang up my bill and I was really disappointed with the bill $33 for 1 window wiper blade and another $17 for labor? Googled cost of blade $19. Unlikely I will return.

Very transparent. Had a very bad experience at the Barrington Midas after using the Carpentersville location for many years with complete satisfaction. This fellow (Mike?) reassured me that my car is ok, filled the tires, vacuumed-all with no charge. I will be taking the trip to carpentersville even though the Barrington Midas is just down the street from my new house. Kudos!!!
