Jeryl was very friendly on the phone and knew exactly who I was when I first called to confirm my appointment. He said he would call back shortly and within minutes he did just that. He was very welcoming when I arrived and not pushy about additional services but gave me good information for future services.

I ran over a couple of nails on the way into work and called when the store opened. There were able to easily fit me in and service my vehicle.

Associate was clear and friendly

After a horrible experience at the Champlin location the Arden Hills team really made up for it. Aside from a delayed start, everything went well. Only suggestion would be to reach out to the customers when things are backed up. I left work early to get to my appt on time to find out it would be 30-40 min (which ended up being an hour delay). However, the manager was up front and friendly - unlike the Champlin location that morning.

Have brought all my vehicles here, staff is always nice a friendly!
