I had a tire that was losing air. After dropping off the keys with the attendant I went to the waiting room and the next thing I knew I was awakened from a nap. Pleasantly surprised by how quickly it went and great price for repair

Alienment rack was not working no way to have my it checked

I called in, in a frenzy, because I was working on leaving town for a funeral and the dealership I had been to for an oil change told me that I needed new tires. All new tires. I was able to get an appointment for a couple hours later but when I showed up 15 minutes later, they got me right in. I was given options, offered coffee and when I went to pay, with my Big O Tires credit card, I was given a friendly list of what appointments I could make next, but reassured that the rest of the car was in good shape. Honestly, the whole experience was great.

Beyond kind employees and very reasonable pricing! We waited for our vehicle in store and it’s a nice waiting room with minimal wait time. Will be coming back again!
