Big O Tires is always really friendly. I was also pleasantly surprised, I was expecting the cost of the service to be higher and am glad it was so low. The only minor issue I had was that I was expecting, based on what I was told on the phone call while scheduling my appointment, that the appointment was going to be 1-2 hours, but it ended up being 3 hours and there wasn't any communication about this longer time. Maybe if I had received a time estimate at the start. I know other people would get upset if it would end being longer, but if I had been told 1-2 hours at the start then later said it's taking a little longer, I would've appreciated that.

Good experience

I didn't have an appointment but just went in due to monitor telling me that my Tire Monitor needed to be checked. I got in right away and was very pleased with the help that I got. Didn't have to wait very long for the issue to be taken care of. A good place to stop and look at tires and whatever else they offer. I had a good experience there.

Friendly staff didn’t push extra services

Really great service by all who were working. They were very knowledgable and helpful with keeping me informed with what was going on with my car. I really appreciated them walking me through the steps of what I need to do next. Very friendly workers and they kept things light hearted, even though I felt overwhelmed with the issues that needed fixed or how much the cost would be. I would recommend that people to to Big O Tires for any needs they might have. They have always been helpful in the past as well.

I am a repeat customer who is picky about who works on my vehicle. From the first visit I have come to trust everyone at Big O. It is apparent they have the knowledge and the experience to do the work correctly. I enjoy the waiting area where I read a book while waiting. I will be returning many more times in the future.
