The gentleman that work treats you like a person

The staff was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and understanding. When I developed a flat tire that could not be repaired, they patiently explained why I needed to have all 4 tires replaced. They did not have the right-sized tire in stock, but were able to have the right tires delivered that day. This was on Dec 23rd, the day before Christmas eve, when their schedule was busier than usual. I appreciate the accommodations they made for me that day.

Seems to be disconnect between online appointment system and local dealer. Service confirmation indicated that I would get a complimentary alignment check but I was not told about one nor does my receipt indicate that one was done. Otherwise, service was prompt and tires met my expectations for price and performance so far.

They were very friendly and efficient. I let them know I was coming in, but not the time. They still got me in immediately and took care of it right away.

Earl was very helpful!! Even though my tire was not fixable, he stayed and helped me research some tire purchase options and the team had very knowledgeable expertise.

Went to get a flat checked out and was repaired for free. Out with my car in an hour or so. Was not jerked around like the other few times with tests that I did Not authorize. It was not my first option to go back to this location but glad I did. A little more faith has been restored to the Arden Hills location.

I called on Thursday to make an appointment and take advantage of the buy 2, get 2 tire sale. The person on the phone put together multiple quotes to have available for me on Saturday morning for my 8am appointment, plus I was in need of an oil change. When I arrived Sat. morning, no quotes were printed, the prices I was given were not available and tire options were less than when I called on Thursday and more expensive than the prices I was given. I needed the new tires so I was put in what I felt was a bind...I was able to explain my situation to Dave, who was not able to give me a return, but did provide paperwork for credit for future work on my vehicle. That was kind, but I still have a higher charge on my Big O charge account that I will need to pay down and cover interest/finance charges since I will not be paying off the balance in full. The tires are working well, my ride is improved and more comforable as well...so I am pleased with that end of the transaction.
