Took 2.5 hours but good prices and good tires

Overall the experience was good. 1st impression makes the business, but this was not the case for your store. Made an appointment over the phone, whoever was there on Saturdays took my phone # and confirmed time. Day of appointment came and I walked in. I was greeted with "We cannot keep your appointment as someone went home sick" "and we didn't have your phone # to call you". I had to reschedule, rearrange work schedule again and I was not offered any compensation for an issue that was not my fault.

The staff is amazingly attentive and good at their jobs.

When I arrived at the store at 7:30, the time it was to open no one was there. I waited and a nice mechanic let me in and I was able to drop off my keys and get to class. I I called to see how things were going after class and the manager was having car trouble and my service was going to be delayed. It made the day I had taken off, behind. So I walked to my errands, since I didn't have a car which was fine. Then when I went to pay the credit card machine was not working so I had to wait for the gentleman, who had a machine did work, as I did not want to leave my credit card number there at the counter. The place was very busy and congested that morning they did apologize. I thought maybe they were compensated me for the inconveniences that I had to endure. No such luck

Another place told me I needed to replace my tire, because they couldn’t fix leak. Got 2nd opinion with you. You guys fixed the leak with a repair.

The tires were fine, and at an "ok" price. But they didn't balance them. When we drove the car it was awfully "shimmy-ing". Then when they went through the car checking other things they broke the glove box going into it for that filter. They left the lid sitting on the seat and didn't say anything about it. And they got the trunk lock stuck - probably checking the spare tire. I fixed the glove box. Went somewhere else to check the trunk lock. It had been turned too hard the wrong way when all they had to do was use the release by the driver's seat. Well, with some messing around with it I got that lock working - the "fix" at Toyota would have been $240. All this doesn't give me trust going to Big O.

Honestly your quote to get my front brakes and rotors was ridiculous. The markup you charge for the parts is pretty embarrassing. I was very disappointed. $175 in parts at an auto parts store and you want over $350 for those plus the labor? Lost a little confidence in this place.

It should not take 45 minutes to balance two tires , I watched the guy do it , very slow , no hustle, should of had his hair in a ponytail, employees weren't dressed to impress, I understand that you get dirty working on cars , but I have been to many shops and by far your employees looked like slobs , one other customer came in asked them if they could check her oil , the women at the counter said we getting slammed

Asked for oil change. Showed coupon. Was told the store did not do regular oil changes anymore-just synthetic for $49.. Wasn't going to pay that. Didn'm Like the deceitful tactiic. Should not have had the $19.99 price on the coupon if it wasn't offered. Dislike businesses that do that.

My low tire pressure indicator light had been activated the day before, & I wanted to have it checked, since the holidays were quickly coming up. The Big O employee was able to schedule me for later in the afternoon; and, after examining all my tires, and adding some air where needed, the employee admitted he could find no problem. When I was about to pay for the service, he said that there was no charge. I suggested that he should charge me SOMETHING for his labor; but he insisted that the service had been for free. I, nevertheless, gave him a tip, since I don't think it's fair to a worker to be expected to work for nothing. Good job!

This is the second time I have been here and had a bad experience. I come here between work shifts so I don't have a ton of time. This time I had an appointment at 3 and they didn't even pull my truck in until 340!!! Then I told the lady I was going next door to eat since I had to go back to work and when I got back a half hour later they hadn't even started because they were waiting to ask if I wanted extra services. 1st why wouldn't she make sure they had the number just in case? And second if I went for an oil change and I wasn't there to ask why not just do the oil change? So I go back and had to wait another hour!!! Never going here again that's for sure and wouldn't recommend it unless u plan on staying for 3 hours!

Brian at the front counter did a great job helping me swap out a battery and was very friendly.

I was told i dont need alignment check. And that there are no grease fittings on a 2013 silverado 4x4.
