I asked for an oil change and maintenance check. At pick up, I was informed of other services needed. At that point, after you had my car for 7 hours, it was too late; the chance for additional business was missed that day. I did think the customer service was good, but left frustrated that I have to schedule another appointment immediately. Also, I requested to be called when car was ready, and was not. Overall, an ok, not great experience.

Did not have the oil filter for my car in stock waited two hours for a oil change.wanted to get a quote for new tires no offered to help. Very poor will not be returning there for service again

Went in for an alignment. Got the car back and the steering wheel was not level and car drifted hard to the left when driving. Took it back in, steering wheel still not level, car doesn't drift as much to the left but when turning left wheels shake. Have to take the car back in again to level the steering wheel and fix the left turn wheel shake. Very inconvenient, staff was considerate but seemed like they couldn't do the job correctly. Would take the car somewhere else to fix the mistakes that big o made but don't want to pay for another alignment fee because of previous service mistakes. Will not be coming back for service here.

I had an appt at 2:30, I did not get in til almost 3:30. The guy there said that they weren't very busy that day, so workers were sent home. Not happy at all!! Why even make an appt if you still have to sit around and wait?

This was just an oil change. The associate came into the waiting area to let me know the oil change was done and let me know the service technician noticed some serious rust to the frame of my truck, stating it was beginning to separate and was becoming a safety hazard. He didn’t try to upsell me or offer some kind of sketchy “fix”. He just strongly advised me to be aware of the possible problems that issue could bring.

Im lucky to be alive!!! Started shaking real bad and making alot of noise going down the freeway, I brought it to my sons shop in Maple Plain only to find out you guys never tightend down the wheel, 2 lugs fell off, wheel studs were recked, and holes on rim were oblong, my son called to let you guys know and found out we were the second people to call about loose wheel that day, I had to put a new hub on my car before I was mobile again. the person my son talked to said they had a bad torque wrench, then why were 3 of the wheels on tight???

They checked me in promptly; ahead of schedule Reviewed the work they did and pointed out that it appeared my transaxle fluid wes needed to be changed; which I had wanted done anyway; so we did that.

At first Earl seemed like an up and up guy, that is all a ruse to get your money. I bought 4 tires and when they were being installed I was then upsold on a Tyrod with a supposed "free" alignment and "free" oil change, well my alignment is way off and the oil in my vehicle need to be changed again within less than 2000 miles (it should have lasted more like 5000-6000 miles). Oh yeah I also had to pay for my tires to be shipped to the store because supposedly there was none of the ones I wanted in the state of Minnesota.

Got my tires rotated and balanced and air leaked out of the front tire 3-4 days afterwards, however, the truck computer read it as the rear tire, so they did not check to make sure the truck computer was reading where the tires are and I had to fill it up with air. I also took my truck in for an alignment and had to take it in 2-3 weeks later because the alignment was still off, pulling left just has it was doing before. They said they couldn't fix the alignment completely cause there wasn't a proper mechanic at the store, and no parts need to be replaced. My steering wheel is now turned to the right of center but the truck still pulls left. I also had no other issues with the truck, but now my traction control and stabilitrac turn off after hitting 30+ mph and the manger, Earl, refuses to admit fault, claims it is because they needed to jump start the battery. I have had issues with 3 different managers at this store in the span of a year and a half with getting new tires and had multiple issues with the vehicle not being properly fixed by mechanics. The management and level of service has been absolutely unacceptable and I would be willing to discuss my story with corporate management or customer service.

It was the worst oil change experience I've had, and I'm 50 years old. I'd ask for my money back - but it's too late. It took 75 minutes- and I'm not even sure they did it. My oil life was not reset. They didn't go over the multipoint inspection . The front desk girl was very very sick. Hands down like I said - your store is very pier and I'll never be back . I spent $70 dollars and got $2 service.
