We haven't had a good experience with Big O tires this past year. There just has been consistent problems and lack of quality customer service. It started out in earlier part of the year when you guys just took over NTB. I had asked my husband to schedule a tire rotation which he did at the Blaine location. When he went there for the rotation they didn't have us in the schedule and at that time the manager gave us a coupon a free oil change for the inconvience.I ended up scheduling the oil change/ with tire rotation I believe in March at the Vandais Heights/Shoreview location. It took a long time but it was done. In May my tire kept losing air. I scheduled an appointment to have it checked out. I was greeted by a lady who asked if I could leave my car there because they are behind schedule. I was unable to do so that is why I schedule an appointment. They were able to fill my tires but I had to come back the next morning. When I came back first thing in the morning the manager again didn't see me on the schedule. I told him I was scheduled originally the day before and when I had come in I was greeted by a lady who asked if I could come back in the morning and she was going to put me on the schedule . He felt bad about it and apologized. However, it took way too long and then told me the one tire needed to be replaced and tried to sell me a tire package for all my tires. My tires are only 2 years old.At this point I had told my husband I was no longer going to deal with Big O tires and he would need to do the appointments from now. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago. He had scheduled an appointment for a rotation and he had several issues as well. He now understood how I felt about the poor customer service. At this point we are not going back to Big O tires.

Tired to upsell and didnt fix my vehicle. Had to bring it back the next day. Personnel kept blaming how short staffed they were. Three other customers also came back the same day because the work on their vehicles from the day before was still broken!

I came in and no one was up front, but could hear several people arguing in the back as the shop door was wide open. While waiting for my tire To be repaired, 2 new customers came in and were given less than competent help in selecting new tires. Long story, but I doubt either purchased from this location. Both left and said they were going to "check out other dealers"�. I wasn't over whelmed when we bought our tires from the his location, this experience pretty much seals the fact we won't be back. My suggestion would be for the manager to sit back and watch the whole experience from the customer point of view. Watch and listen, it will tell you a lot about how you run your business.

the employees were kind and were able to explain what my car needed. employees called me while I was out running errands to explain what was going on with my car and fill me in.

On Saturday, 10/12 I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to check why the left front drivers side tire would occasionally get low. I had an 8:30 am appt. I received a laundry list of upwelling telling me I had to do an oil flush because "whoever"� (BigOTires)did my last oil change got moisture in my engine and it would cost over $100 to do that. I was also told all four tires need to be replaced and that my back brakes were bad and need to be replaced. I agreed to the oil flush and back brakes and told it would take an hour. I waited. I waited. Finally I was told it would be another hour. I leave and come back in one hour and 20 minutes and the car is still not done and I waited another hour which meant I was late for an appt elsewhere. As I am driving to my appt I hear a horrible metal on metal sound and call and told it is likely just the new pads. I said new pads don't sound like metal on metal but would be a rubbing sound. I am told to bring it in at 9am the next day. I do but the desk clerk was never informed my vehicle is coming back. As I am waiting in the waiting room for hours three other customers who brought their cars in the day before like me brought their cars back in because they were also no repaired correctly. Finally the mechanic comes in after I waited for hours to tell me the mistake the previous mechanic made. There is no way the mechanic from Saturday did not hear the metal on metal when he brought the car around to me. I went to another place and asked them to check my tires because they are not that old and not that many miles had been put on them. I am told whoever measured my tread either didn't know what he was doing or trying to upsell me!!!! This is all inexcusable!!!!

I made an appointment to get new tires. Dropped my vehicle off at the appointed time. Six hours later it hadn't been touched. I had to leave it overnight. The sales rep had checked to make the tires were available and they were. I wasn't asked if I wanted a "tire protection plan", but it was included in the labor charges. I've done business with this store several times in the past, but I don't think I'll go back.

They broke my car more than it was broken when I brought it in. They also really didn't have any idea what they were talking about and wasted a bunch of my time and cost me a day at work while they were bullshitting me

Ugh, systemic dysfunction here. I believe the people do the best they can but the tools and systems do not allow great customer service. As a customer I want to get in and out quick, with the service completed right the first time. Neither occurred with my experience. I needed to call multiple times and show up multiple times. I should have read the reviews online first.

I've used the Arden Hills, MN, location twice in recent months. Both for tire type service. They have been accommodating and pleasant to work with on both occasions so I will go back.

When walked in for my appointment I was acknowledged by the manager right away, confirmed my appointment manager was more than polite. I received a phone call after about an 1.15 maybe a little longer. Seemed like a long wait for an oil change and tire rotate. Went in for my keys and paid my bill went out and noticed they didn't rotate the tire. Went back in to complain and mechanic grab my keys and told me that we will fix it. I walked back to the stall that my car was going into. The other mechanic ask what's wrong. The mechanic driving my car asked did you do a tire rotate. Yes I did, that's when I caught him in a lie, because I marked the tires before going in to the store. Then he told me it wasn't listed on the paper work. Really it listed on my paper work that it was done. Lied to me twice and than finally got the rotate complete. Not very happy, need an alignment done on a different car not sure if I will ever return to O Big tires.

I came in as I had a flat on my tire. I had the warranty on the tires as I bought it directly from Big O Tires as well. The manager is new and tried to accommodate as much as he could. He didn't know much as he was new, but he stated it wouldn't take long. I came in at 10:20AM and was told it'll take an hour to get the tires in from NAPA as they didn't have it in stock. 11:30 came around and no tires. The tires finally arrive at 12:12PM. He stated the technician is going to work on the 2 tires that needed to be replaced. Ive been here over 4 hours and still nothing has been done. I am upset having to pay for this service. More like I should get a refund as my time was wasted. I understand that there aren't enough techs, but they should've just scheduled me for another day rather than having me come in to waste my time especially if the tires weren't in stock.

The guys there are always upfront and honest about what needs to be done to my vehicle and they don't pressure you into doing something that you don't want to do at that time. They explain everything very well and are always so nice.
