Was the first car in with no one else the for a routine brake job. Ended up being an 8 hour ordeal and cost significantly more. Found out that it wasn't necessary the extra work they did and charged for. Everytime they try to tell you need more work done. Not sure it's that honest.

They found time for my job right away and completed it in the promised amount of time for a fair price.

Warning - do not purchase tires from this store. Visited to have four tires replaced. Store was understaffed and my appointment was delayed twice in one day. Rushed at the end to finished. Later found out all four wheels had been over-torqued, which required replace the of the rotors. Called management for some support, received non. I normally don't write reviews but the circumstance and the poor follow-up was so bad I decided I must. They are only interested in taking your money. Better off going elsewhere!1

I appreciated that everyone was really straightforward about what needed to be done on the car and the price. I also didn't feel talked down to, which still happens, even though I am old but because I"m a woman and everyone assumes I don't understand my car!

2nd time i have had a problem with this store. The staff are young and in my opinon lazy. Last year they swore they rotated my tires after an oil change and i marked them....they did not do it becasue it was later in the day and they wanted to get out of there. This year I made an appointment per their suggestion for ball joints as i am driving up north fishing and they need to be replaced. They told me to do 1:30pm and they booked me. The mechanic didnt want to do the job as he was leaving at 3:30 that day. I restructured my entire day for this appointment now i have to try and find someone else thursday to do it before my trip. As a business owner, this is unprofessional and i will never trust this or use this place again.

I will never bring my business to Big O ever again. There is an embarrassing lack of basic customer service skills at this location. I have never been this disrespected, by a manager of a business of all people, in my life. I brought my wife's car to this location because the left rear tire was consistently loosing air pressure. So I call the business at around 9:05 in the morning and nobody even answers the phone until almost 9:45. I finally get someone on the phone and they are already being short with me. So I ask if they have time to take a look at my wife's tire they agree and mention that they are "very" busy. So I say that's fine we were planning on leaving the car there so when they had time they could look at it. A couple hour pass and I get a call saying that the tire has been repaired and is ready to go. Well we go to pick up the car and I ask what the problem was and the manager, who I don't know the name of because he never introduced himself and was not wearing any sort of uniform, tells me, without looking at any paperwork or anything, that the tire had a screw in it and they patched it. Well we go out to the car and the LTP light is still on so I check the tire pressure and it's pretty much flat at 10psi. So I bring it to the gas station to fill it up thinking maybe they forgot to fill it. I don't know. But after filling it I can hear air whistling out of it. So I call and bring it back. So one of the mechanics up front yells for the manager to come up front and I can hear him yelling from the shop saying: "Really? What's he want us to do about it?" And once again as he is walking up front, which he stops short as he sees me. He then proceed to basically call me a liar asking me if I'm sure the tire is low and that I was sure it was the same tire. Never apologizing for any of this. So I give him the keys and he tells me there are gonna try to do a bead seal which makes zero sense. And after all this I just decided that we were just gonna go somewhere else. Which they weren't able to do a seal that day anyway so it was a waste of time. After all this my wife decides to go in and asks to speak to the managers boss or a number to file a complaint and they refuse to give it to her. And proceeds to laugh at her for asking. So we come to find out that the wall of the tire had visible damage and was the cause of the leak. Which tells me that they brought the car in, didn't take the tire off of the car and just refilled it and lied to my face and said there was a screw in it. This is unacceptable. That man should NOT be in the position he is in it he is going to treat a RETURNING customer this way. So instead of doing there job correctly and making a sale they decided to half ass it and lose customers.

The management needs to learn how to communicate with customers and with employee! I came to the shop on Monday and they could not install the tires I needed, I ask if they had the tires in stock and they said that they did, so I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday at O Clock to have the tires installed. My wife came to the shop at 1 O Clock to get the tires installed. All the person at the front had was my name and time, They did not have the tires I was supposed to receive they had to go to the Fridley store to get them time delay 1 1/2 hours. The employee who was installing the tires.came out to my wife complaining that he did not have the special tool needed to remove the tires the tool was missing from the tire tool kit that came with the car.My wife called me and asked if we had used the tire tool kit. We have not had any need to use the tool and was sure that it was where the factory had put it. We called the dealer and they said we could buy a new kit. My wife was ready to leave when the manager showed the employee that the tool was on the tire that was supposed to be replaced. We were buying the front tires as they the car is a front wheel drive. The tech put them on the rear, when informed that they needed to be installed on the front his reply was we always put the new ones on the rear, The time delay was about 3 hours an a lot of frustration that was no necessary. 1) When a customer comes in to order tires and schedules an appointment A work order needs to be filled out and the product should be on hand to do the job before the time they arrive 2) The employee who is doing the job needs to have all the information needed to do the job properly. 3) Excuses are never to be given for poor process or poor performance.

Probably the most horrible thing I have ever witnessed (This is the first review I have ever left with a company because they were so bad)... Worker left keys on table without anyone nearby (I came back into the store a bit later with it being left out for anyone to take)... only told us the price without any additional information and expected us to pay it... stated windshield wipers broke, therefore leading them to attach the new wipers when we never told them we wanted them after coming back to get our vehicle... set an appointment but they told me when i arrived the job wouldnt be done for another two hours... what's the point of an appointment if im stuck some place for only a tire change... tried to sell me four tires when i only asked for two. In my ticket, it was never input that I wanted wipers and when I arrived two of the workers were confused when I asked about the wipers. They tried to upcharge me $50 per wiper when I was told it would be $25. I had to actually come back into the store to see if I was getting ripped off... which I WAS. I had to call my dad and my previous car mechanic and they both told me $400 total for two wheels costing $113 each was overpriced... i got my two truck wheels costing $160 per wheel for a total cost of $392 after labor. What a ripoff and now I will go back to my old car mechanic in Rosemount because he at least cares about sending me off right at a fair price and good condition. The lady tried to call me back and it led to the sale never taking place... great job Big O Tires... I understand why other people review you so poorly. Seriously livid and have told numerous people to never go to you.

I called and spoke to Jeryl Parham. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly getting replacement tires for my travel trailer. To me, "tires are tires", but Jeryl was great and I will return to Big O for the next set of tires I need, because if him. Thank you

Very slow service. I had to literally ask if I could pay for my services because the gentleman was just clicking around on a computer screen. I had to ask if anything was wrong with the vehicle after a simple oil change. The report showed that I had 33 pressure in both front in back but I knew full well when Big O put my new tires on in November they over-filled the back left tire to 39. Upon driving down the road, guess what, it was still at 39 so they hadn't even looked. It makes me wonder if I even got an oil change. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour while the back room blared heavy metal music. Never got a smile, never got a "thank you for your business." I had much better luck in November with the Blaine location. I was planning to get my wife's car done here also but will not be back.

It was a lousy experience. First, I tried calling this morning to check on the status but I was on hold for 5 minutes before I gave up and just came in. Once I arrived there was a computer problem with your system and Napa's system. 25 minutes later I finally was able to pay. I asked about the brake estimate I requested when I dropped it off on Wednesday but that wasn't done. Finally, I got in the car and there was no windshield sticker for the oil change reminder. After going back in, I was told you were out of them. I have had great service from the time your store was Vroom to NTB and most recently Big O. Any one of the problems is understandable but when you add them together it makes for a truly maddening experience. I have to drive by a BP and an Exxon to get to your shop, so there is no shortage of places to work on my car. I hope you are taking steps to fix things because if this is the level of service I can expect- no thanks.

I came in to have my starter and/or battery replaced. Found out that my starter had failed because of a switch that had malfunctioned and flooded my starter with oil. They replaced the switch and the starter in addition to a new battery.

Waited two hours for an oil change and then was told they couldn't complete it because they were missing a part. Total waste of my time.
