I have been going to this location for the past few years and have established a good working relationship with Gerral (sp?). he is consistent, knowledgeable, friendly, fair, and honest. always good work. it's nice to know what you're paying for, and to genuinely feel that you received a valuable service. one recommendation is that for a auto shop, it would be nice if the pot holes in the parking lot were filled . they are deep, and the one thing I don't want as a customer is tire damage in the parking lot of a tire shop. would be ironic. one other thing that would be nice to have would be a real time tracker like pizza hut to be able to check on the status of your vehicle through the web. like if there are a few cars ahead of yours, estimated time to completion, any anticipated issues to look over. anyways, just a few first blush thoughts on service . thank you, I hope you have a lovely week. cheers.

I had a somewhat complicated brake service--old car, but need to keep for another couple years. The mechanic kept me informed each step of the way and gave reasonable options. Very impressed with the service.

The person behind the counter is exceptional. Even though he is very busy running the counter and working in back shop area he always has time to help the customer and treats the customer as #1 priority.

I needed a repair for a leaking tire previously purchased from the store. I easily found an appointment, arrived a little early. The repair was done quickly and under warranty.
