Big O Tires

It's only been a week so my quality rating is based on a weeks worth of experience. I have had good experiences so far with all of my repairs. My technician was good to work with through the process. I think his name was TJ. This would need verififcation.

This is the second vehicle we have had into this location in the last year because of the service we received from Jeryl, the manager. He is friendly, direct, accurate, and helpful.

They were slammed when I came in but I was still in and out within 2 hours. I'm happy with their customer service and the service they did on my car. Thanks so much.

Jeryl was the reason I came back! My wife was in the day before with a tire issue and Jeryl was Great. He was Easy to talk to, easy to work with gave great explanations to my many questions! Best treatment from someone I never met before that I have had in a long time. Made me want to go back!

Both employees whom I met were very friendly and knowledgeable concerning the current inventory, and were quite helpful on assisting me in selecting the tires for my car. The tire technician was also very supportive insofar as suggesting a future date for installation of other items.

Oil change was fast, I was communicated when it was done through a couple channels and they topped off my fluids for me, my windshield fluid was almost empty! Thanks.

Meryl was extremely friendly & helpful in explaining the process. My car was towed to Big O Tires with a flat and I had the car back the next day with a brand new tire. Friendly service & great communication from Jeryl, and car ready next day!

Very knowledgeable in helping me with my tire selection. Winter/Snow handling is of high priority and I'm happy with my BF Goodrich tire choice.

Just a great group there. This is my 3rd experience there. My 1st was getting tires for my grandson's mom and that is why I took my vehicle for the 1st oil change and then returned again. I am ery happy with Gerald and his team.

Very friendly and welcoming. I had to wait longer than expected but I didn't mind because the front desk person was very nice and apologized. This location is probably the best one I have been to.
