Big O Tires

Excellent customer service!! Earl the manager went above and beyond this eve and saved the day for me, after store hours! Just before the store closed I dropped in to get tires aired up. While they kindly did this, my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. I pulled around to the front of the store and my car died - dead. Earl himself did a battery assessment, jumped the battery with his own vehicle & cables to get it started, THEN installed a new battery, himself - all after store hours! Meanwhile other staff was working overtime for another customer. Excellent, excellent customer service from all!! During this time one of Earl's family members patiently waited, they had an event planned and were late because of helping me - VERY GRATEFUL!!

this store was very honest.,was in for oil change and told them the brake on driver side was making noise they found a rock in between rotor and brake.no charge .also fixed leak in tire another time no charge

Earl and Sam came through for us after we had a flat tire. Earl immediately took the tire into the shop to see if it was fixable, it was ruined. Earl offered a great deal on a new set of tires and went over a few different options. Earl promised he could put the new tires on that day, so I left and returned right before they closed. My car was still in the shop but Earl fulfilled his promise and my car was ready to roll shortly after I arrived. I realized they only had 2 people working that day and they came through even though they had to stay a little past closing time. Great customer service!

Jeryl was great. They had a same day appt for an alignment on a Saturday which was great. They got my vehicle in and fixed it up in the anticipated amount of time.

Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The staff was kind enough to refer me to other services outside of what Big O Tires provides which I appreciated.

Earl was wonderful! My husband had scheduled a day for Big O Tires to install a new battery in my car. Unfortunately, I needed the battery the next day because my car needed a jump. I drove to Big O, thinking they could put in a battery the next day, but Earl made time to install it right then, so I didn't have to leave my car overnight. What service! Earl was also very friendly!

Great customer service. Great stock. Recommended Big O to my in-laws and they were able to get in the same day as me and the tires they wanted.

Everything happened promptly and as expected. Their alignment machine was out but they scheduled an alignment for me at another Big O, which was also done promptly. John, the alignment technician, found some issues, brought me into the service bay and pointed them out so I could make an informed decision concerning repair. Very pleased with outcome.

Earl is the best Manager I ever met. He is a very skilled professional that will go above and beyond to make a customer happy. Earl took the time to explain the diagnostic results and he help me find the best solution for my break and alignment problem (quality/price). I finally found a shop whee I can trust people and have done quality repairs at decent price. Thank Earl and the Team.
