Big O Tires

Didn't get service done yet, but will be Nov 11th, Earl was great and went above and beyond what i thought he would, he brought my wife and i out to my truck to show what the problem is, and didn't give me the run around and thats what i am looking for... a shop that will not try to screw the customer with a bunch of un-necessary or made up problems just to make and extra buck, I'm all about honesty and integrity beind a veteran, and i will comment later after the service is complete.

I love this location! They strive to do an excellent job. I have never been unhappy with the service at Big 'O Tires!

The manager at the Arden Hill’s location is very patient, understanding and helpful 100% of the time. I recommend this location.

I showed a $20 coupon for an semi-synthetic oil change and I'm not exactly sure why I was charged $32 so I guess I wish that was clearer.

Having a slow leaking tire that needed repair, I stopped in at BigOTires in Arden Hills for the first time. They were all very personable and promptly attended to my tire. While waiting, Timi sat down with me and explained their diagnosis and options as well as other recommendations for my car. The manager Earl came by to say hi and introduce. A very friendly and amiable experience. In the end they fixed my tire and only charged me for the part. I will definitely be coming back for more services.

Gerald was great. He knew the products and provided great customer service. The techs had a long day and worked hard to get me my vehicle before they left for the day.

It is sometimes difficult, as a woman, to find a place where I can go to for honest answers to my car care questions. I do not talk "car" and quite honestly would rather go to the dentist than deal with auto issues. Earl and the Team stepped up. Greeted me without any "little lady" language. Listened to me state the problem I was experiencing, and gave me workable solutions. Earl helped me achieve my day's appts by having another associate drop me off at my appointment as the associate was heading to another location to get the tire I needed. The work was well explained. The time frame was met...actually 1/2 hour LESS than estimated. All the tires were checked and aired. Thanks for the great job, guys at Arden Hills. I really had not planned on spending money on my car maintenance that early morning...but I am very happy you were all there when it became apparent my Jeep needed help. Thanks ever so much!

The gentleman working was professional and friendly. It appeared he was doing everything himself. I think it would help him and the business if there was a bell or something for them to hear when a customer walks in the door.

All staff was very friendly and helpful. Much appreciated when coming in for unexpected repairs.

I have always used Big Os for my oil changes. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I never have to worry about my services not being completed or if any damage will be done to my vehicle during or after my visit.

As luck would have it, my tire blew out on a busy street right in front of the store so I pulled in to deal with my flat. My car was due for new tires anyways and they set me up with 4 brand new tires and I had my car back the next morning. What started as a frustrating, unplanned experience turned out well due to the excellent customer service and speed of service.
