I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I stopped by to see if they could fit me in and they could. About a half hour later I was driving home. Awesome service from the store manager to the technician. This is my second visit to this store and both visits have been great. I'll be back. Ryan

I purchased a set of 4 tires in January 2022 (with insurance). One tire blew-out on my drive to work. I called the store where I purchased the tires, and they were able to schedule an appointment and replace my tire the same afternoon. This was very much appreciated. Thank you!

Everything just went so good Jeryl with extremely helpful and courteous and a little funny too. He helped me every single question that I gave him and provided me the information that I needed for making a decision on what I wanted and what I didn't want. Of course the prices were normal everything is high now but I was very satisfied with the amount for what was done. So I think Big O Tires for the experience which I have had great experiences in the previous times that I have had work done at this company.

I am amazed that my compact spare was repaired gratis, Earl is great, the tech did an excellent job. I will shop there first when I need my next set. Big O Tires has built some good will here, my son said he's stopping in soon!

Earl was extremely friendly and ready to help. I was able to get my car in right away to fix the bumper with some zip ties, and the fee was next to nothing. I was also here last winter after I hit a pothole. I thought that I had done something terrible to my front end because it was thumping after every tire rotation. However, I got away with only paying $22 to fix it. They charged me for the diagnosis to start. Then when they determined that it was just a bent rim, they bent it back, sealed it, and didn't add on any extra cost. It had to be the best case scenario. So far they have been great, and will definitely be my first stop next time I have a problem.

I was able to schedule my tire repair and serviced quickly. The person who assisted me was upbeat and cordial. I felt valued and was extremely satisfied with my tire repair.
