Big O Tires

I was very happy to see Big O was open on Sunday and was able to get in and get 4 new tires no problem after my flat could not be repaired and I needed new tires anyways.

Service was quick and the called me as soon as the vehicle was ready for pick up. Scheduling was easy, fast and worry free. Jeral was awesome and friendly.

Went above and beyond to solve my tire leak problem.

Walk in service for out of town traveler was great and fast.

The staff member that checked us in for the visit was very friendly and courteous. Explain the process before we even left received a phone call within 45 minutes of what all will be done with the vehicle and what the cost would be. Received a voicemail when service was done and staff member was very kind and courteous in their message

Came in with no appointment due to a screw in my rear tire. Purchased tires 10 months ago and it was completely covered getting my tire replaced due to the location of the screw. David was on top of it and communicated with me every step to completion.
