The front desk greeting was warm and cheerful, she asked if I would be waiting and offered beverages. The technician reviewed the service they performed and went over other recommendations for repairs but did not pressure me and created a quote that I could discuss with my family. This visit was great and they remembered speaking to me over the phone when I made my appointment. The technician was professional and friendly.

Finally an auto repair place that is honest, knowledgeable and upfront. Dan, Mike and Austin are upright good guys. No whistles and bells. Just good, solid service

Tires ride nice

Simple job: Remove winter tires, remove rims on winter tires, take non-winter tires out of the back of my vehicle, put rims on non-winter tires, put non-winter tires on vehicle, put winter tires in the back of my vehicle. Job was done quickly and the alignment is dead-on perfect. Customer service when making the appointment over the phone as well as inside the shop was kind and respectful. Best part was it only cost $50. From a repeat customer, that you earned.

Charles ought to be commended - His customer service is outstanding. He's somehow able to juggle multiple tasks while still giving us one-on-one attention, information and advice. His knowledge and experience with vehicles garnered our trust immediately. He is a devoted employee dedicated to taking care of his customers. He stayed late to get us out the door and deserves some time off!
