It was very busy and only the manager was working the counter, but he took time with each customer and made sure everyone received attention in as timely a matter as possible.

I had an appointment to get new sway bars. Adam and Bill looked over my front wheel alignment and started I didn't need sway bars. I thank them for their honesty instead of trying to make a quick buck. I will be back in the future

I came to the Champlin store based on a referral of a friend. Since then I have become a repeat customer from oil changes to tire services! I was in a tight jam and needed my tires serviced quickly before leaving for up north one weekend and Adam was able to fit me in to their busy day to get me taken care of so I could be on my way after work! Thanks Adam for going above and beyond, I really appreciate your stores continued great service!!

Very friendly staff, clean store, fast service! Joel was very pleasant and made the entire process a breeze! I sat in a clean waiting room with coffee, television and was extremely comfortable throughout my appointment. Absolutely hands down my go to shop for all my vehicle needs! I have already recommended this location to my in-laws and will be recommending to my coworkers and friends as well! Great store and team, I’ll be back!

Overall I was impressed with the knowledge from the counter guy that checked me in and out. He was extremely kind and respectful and gladly explained things and offered personal suggestions and in was no way trying to push services onto myself or my wife. He just presented the information and offered his two cents and expertise.

They got me in quickly and got the work done in a timely manner
