Very helpful and thorough - able to accommodate my real time emergency with an unscheduled appointment to repair tire, well done, thank you!

I arrived to my appointment early for a tire rotation, they were not too busy to also complete an oil change, and the manager told me the tire rotation would be free if I did the oil change.

The guy at the front desk was very helpful and courteous

It was nice to see a manager who was polite and accommodating. It was also nice to see the guy that rotated my tires checked my brakes and the air pressure in the tires. Very satisfied.

Andy and Jose were so incredibly helpful and kind to me tonight. I stopped in just before close for a free service and felt rather embarrassed over my lack of knowledge about my car. They answered all my questions, made me feel like a welcome customer despite having never actually made a purchase with them, offered to help with a potential tire leak, and were really just awesome. I may have never been a customer before, but I know I will be moving forward!

Tabitha and the rest of the staff really went out of their way to make my visit the best experience I have ever had at any vehicle service location. The lobby was clean and comfy. I just want to say Thank you! A car i thought just needed an oil change and maybe one or two tweaks ended up benefiting from a whole lot more. Your team worked with me, explained things, helped me with credit options to pay for all of it and then did the work - hours of work - on a walk-in customer who had NEVER been to your company before. The vehicle is my daughter's, and i now feel a whole lot better about her being out in the mountains knowing that her car is as safe as it can be. Thanks again!

Manager took care of my spare tire that I had a nail in. Has also fixed my tractor tire earlier this year that was tubeless. Free who does things free. My thanks next time I need truck tires I'll be using this shop.

I made a stop at a rapid oil change service and their costs were astonishingly high with no real good explanations as to why. Upon seeing an oil change banner at Big O Tires I decided to stop and see if they could help me. They were able to fit me in on the spot. The staff were also able to explain a few of the increased expenses that go with my new vehicle. Even with those added expenses they beat the competition for price. To sum up my experience: knowledgeable and helpful staff, budget friendly, and accommodating for my busy schedule. Thanks for making my day a little bit easier.
