I’ve been a costumer for several years.I have consistently received friendly, prompt, honest , and professional service. Tabatha, this stores manager not only remembered me from a previous service but is welcoming, non intimidating, and knowledgeable manager!

It was quick which that was what I was looking for but thought 20 for rotating tires since I was paying 110 already for a 15 min wheel alignment was just to much so I brought it home and did it my self

Tabitha, the Manager, was very courteous and knowledgeable and answered my questions. Big O Tires is my new go-to location for car maintenance. This location is also very close to my home and easy to get to.

Friendly service, honest and thoughtful evaluation of repair needs.

They were able to accomodate and squeeze in a tire leaking diagnosis/repair during my scheduled tire rotation and balance. Free tire rotation/balance due to my purchase of tires a few years ago.

Manager was great

I had a lot of issues that needed repair and Andy and his guys did a great job getting it all taken care of in a timely manner. He even drove to Roseville and back on Saturday to get a specific part in order to complete the repair so I didn't have to wait until Monday to get my vehicle. That little gesture went a long way in my book and I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing service on their vehicles.

I stopped in because I had a nail in my tire and was going on a long road trip the next day. Although my tire couldn't be repaired, I was able to get 4 new tires and an alignment in a couple hours. Totally appreciated how fast it all happened.

The new Manager took the time to understand my disatisfactions and why I stopped coming to Big O. She wanted me to come back for future services. I will give her another shot since I knew her when she was a previous manager at this store and ran it well.
