Big O Tires

The purpose of going there for oil change and tire rotations unfortunately I paid $63.83 FULL SYNTHETIC I WISH THEY WOULD EXPLAIN TO ME THEY CANNOT DO THE TIRE ROTATIONS AND ORDER THINGS THAT COME WITH MY OIL CHANGE. the only thing I get oil change, NO tire rotation no check anything

Computers were down, had trouble paying. Took an 1 .25 hours for an oil change. There was supposed to be a bbq lunch... there was nothing. Not the best experience. The staff tried their best. Hats off to them!!!

I had a flyer which say "free" alignment check and then $10 off "if service is needed to fix". My expectation was that after check I would be given honest opinion. Oh no, I was "told" that my alignment was little bit off and we "fixed" it. Here is your $10 off! It was not a choice but we did the work and now you pay! I feel cheated! I am never coming or recommend anyone to your store across the country.

A nail last summer made me come in for a flat repair. I tried them again for a rotate and balance because of the great, previous service. This location does not disappoint. Easy, online scheduling, taken right in. My father picked me up to grab some lunch and I got a call it was finished halfway through my meal. FAST service, great pricing! Will recommend Big O Eagan to all in area. Thanks!

After being told the alignment was free i was still charged 140.00 for alignment and also the replaced the tire monitor system without asking me first this system was newly replaced weeks ago.... Im assuming they broke it and changed it hoping not to be noticed... Very unhappy with this Eagan MN location

Mechanic was very quick, barely made it home before he called to say it was already done Also found something i did wrong and let me know if a professional manner. Seemed like they actually wanted to help me protect my car

I went in for an oil change, was on time for my scheduled in advance appointment. The garage didn't discover they had no oil filter for my Ford Focus until the oil had been drained. Tho the shop did call and had the filter delivered, it took over 90 minutes for my car to be completed. My invoice upon completion showed I had received a free tire rotation, but when I questioned the technician, I was told it had not been done. The customer service at the counter was excellent, the service technician (there was only one on duty) was very slow and after her comments about no tire rotation being done, I question whether other fluids and tire pressure were checked as promised AIso, I was not the only customer waiting for filters to arrive.

A good store but took more then an hour for an oil change, without tire rotation . That is after showing up with an appointment. And also they assumed they had the oil filter and they had to order

The person that took care of me, Corey Zehnder was very nice and very helpful. The service that was provided was much quicker than I anticipated. Corey also spelled out what would be needed down the line on my vehicle, i.e. tires and gave me an estimate for them.

Let me drop off my car and was able to get me in earlier than scheduled

When I scheduled my appointment, I was quoted about $250 (rounding) for my two tires, installation, and taxes. The only option I had was to pay in-store. Once in-store, I was never informed of the final price until after my tires were already installed, which ended up being $100 over my quoted price. The number of hidden fees, the in-store markup on the two tires vs the advertised online price, and the fact that I don't see ANY of this until after the work is done is appalling. The appointment confirmation states at the bottom that "Due to technical difficulties, in rare instances, the website pricing may not properly reflect pricing at the store." This was not due to technical difficulties, and according to in-store staff is a regular occurrence rather than a rare one. It's blatant false advertising. Big O' Tires is apparently all about that "bait-and-switch" and I'm shocked you're still in business. The only redeeming factor of my visit, which was my first and will absolutely be my last, was the woman working the service counter who was kind enough to price match my service I had gotten two weeks prior at another shop for the other two tires, for over $100 less. This place is a lousy, snake-oil scam. I will never return, and I will go out of my way to ensure no one I know comes here either.

I dropped my vehicle off at 7:30am and requested an oil change, tire rotation and check engine light assessment. Although I did not have an appointment, I assumed these services could be performed sometime between 7:30am and 7pm store closing. I was contacted via text at 3:15pm informing me that my vehicle was ready. I picked up my vehicle at 4:45pm and was informed the store was short staffed and the check engine light diagnostics had not been completed. Additionally, my vehicle is now leaking oil from an unknown source which will require me to arrange another opportunity to bring the vehicle back to Big O. My vehicle was not leaking any fluids prior to this oil change as evidenced by a dry garage floor. Very disappointed

it took 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. There were atleast 2 stalls open that I observed at any given moment upon my arrival. After an hour, I spoke to the associate and my vehicle was brought in and it took an hour. Prior�to that, I asked the associate to INSPECT my wipers and that I had a coupon for wipers if needed. I was never consulted for the wipers. They were just installed. 1 wiper was almost 60 dollars! Now, I am sorry but that is absolutely criminal! I have never seen wipers cost that much, let alone 1 wiper. The associate responded with, "well atleast you got one for free."The wiper cost more than my oil change did! My other complaint is, try calling the store. You can't even understand the "trained dialogue" she (nicole) is trying to say. I have been a NTB customer for years, now Big O tires. I even have a credit card for the store. I have purchased 3 sets of tires from the franchise.

I live in Lakeville and I drive by several garages closer to my house and I even drive by another Big O to get to the Eagan store. I trust the management team in place and the technicians they working there, in my opinion Corey does an outstanding job managing his team and I trust Fred with my vehicles without question and when I am out of town, if there is a problem with one of my vehicles, I tell my wife to just go to the Big O in Eagan and they will take care of the issue for her, this is great peace of mind when I am on the road, Thank you. I feel they treat me like they would one of their own family members when it comes to the maintenance on my vehicles.
