I have been a long time NTB/Big O tires customer. I am extremely loyal to businesses that give me great customer service and I never consider switching unless there are significant problems. That's where I am at right now. On my recent visit I had an 8 o'clock appointment. I made the appointment with the understanding that I would get my oil changed promptly and that I would wait for my car and be on my way in less than an hour. Doug the person behind the desk was fiddling on the computer for roughly 5 minutes while I stood there and waited. After he was done on the computer he proceeded to take a phone call that lasted another 15 minutes. After 20 minutes he finally asked me what he could help me with. I told him I was there for my 8 o'clock oil change appointment and wanted him to check an issue with my brake lights. I told him it was not good customer service to have two people standing at the desk in front of him and him taking a phone call. Proper customer service would've been helping customers that were there on appointments and calling the other person back that apparently wanted a quote on tires. His response was on the only person here. He didn't get it. At about 930 (I was hoping to be out of there by 900) he said they were having problems diagnosing my brake light problem. When I went back to talk to the mechanic they were googling how to fix brake lights on the computer. Really? I finally left at about 1030 paying $125 for a problem that was never fixed and being 1 1/2 hours late for my annual father son fishing trip. Not a good experience! Another customer came in at 9 o'clock for his appointment and his car was not pulled into the shop until 945 when he asked what was going on? He obviously was not happy either.

They're friendly, fast, have knowledgeable, and always take care of my needs. I don’t feel like I'm being taken advantage of since I'm a woman.

I walked into this location. And over heard a lady in a black shirt being very rude to a lady in a red shirt behind the counter. This was a huge turn off. I just walked out

I've had horrible experiences every time I come here. Issues with honoring warranties and alignment plans EVERY time. They try to hussle as much money out of you as possible

I had an appointment for an oil change scheduled. I showed up at the scheduled time and gave my keys and info to the agent at the desk. I was told the oil change should take approximately half an hour. There was one car in the garage at that time. My car sat, untouched, for just under 30 minutes. Two other customers entered the store and work began on their vehicles. I don't know what they were having done, but one gentleman was in and out in about 20 minutes. The other gentleman was still there when I left, so I'm not sure how long his service took. Overall, It took one hour and forty five minutes to have an oil change done - absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I will share my story with friends and family, but will certainly NOT recommend anyone visit any of your locations in the future. I can share a similar story with your location in West Saint Paul, but thought I would give another store a shot as I've had wonderful experiences when it was NTB. Apparently the culture has changed, unfortunately it changed for the worse.

I have been a regular customer for many years for oil changes, alignments and have purchased at least 6 sets of tires for my vehicles. Corey Zehnder is trusted advisor for me and very knowledgeable as is the team. On this particular visit with the Ford Fusion, typically driven by my 17 y/o son, they put back the dashboard on the glove box side because my son's "mechanic" friend replaced a cabin filter and could not put it back together...Lol. This is an example of quality service to a loyal customer that I greatly appreciate and value.
