Big O Tires

They were awesome! My tire kept losing air and I put off getting it looked at thinking that I would have to get not just one, but two, new tires. However, I made and appointment and shortly after being there they said they had my problem fixed. I went to the counter and I asked how much it was. He said that they took care of the nail and that there was no charge today!!! Amazing!!! I will be back!!!

I went in for an alignment recheck because my car was shifting to the side when I would drive straight over 40mph. The technician found a catastrophic failure where my control arm attaches to the engine cradle it was completely rusted and no longer attached. Since nothing could be done I ended up scrapping that car and getting a new one.

I learned of Big O online. Great. But when i called for ań appt, they said my choice of tire was not carried by this location. Although iam grateful that they informed me before I came in. They did let me know they did have a few ties in my size in stock so i could choose one there.
