Big O Tires

I thought I waited a little too long to get a battery installed. They were trying to get my truck started to bring it inside....but the reason I was there was because my battery was shot and my vehicle would not start.

Always easy to get in for service, friendly and quick. Brian always is pleasant to deal with.

The analysis of my car required my return to dealer for a needed warranty covered repair, which was completed exactly as was analyzed by your staff (Eric). When I returned your staff did only what was needed after warranty repairs at dealer.

Technician was awesome

I had a nail in my sidewalk and had the warranty cover it so they replaced the tire. All done well in a timely manner.

Purchased tires from big o previously and they were wearing too fast and would not have made the mileage warranty, was sold new tires and credited a good portion for the old ones, very satisfied with my visit.

After picking my car up at MSP Airport, the low tire pressure light was on. The employees of Big O Tires were able to work me into their existing schedule. They found a nail in the tire. The tire was patched and I was able to get home with no problems, all at no charge! I have never experienced such excellent customer service.

The associates were very friendly and knowledgeable. The cost is reasonable, and the scheduling met my needs. The folks were not pushy, but pointed out service that would need to be done in the future. Very helpful.

Honest ... straightforward.

The appointment was made online and accepted right away in the morning. I got in and was treated very well after telling me about the 22 inspection and rotating my tires they went to work and I was in and out in less than 30 min. He went thru all the things that they found wrong and I’ll bring it back when I return. Thank you Big O
