Good service and quality work

The process was very smooth and easy. I also liked that I wasn’t pressured to fix something else that didn’t need to be fixed.

It took an hour and a half to get get an oil change completed that I called and scheduled an appointment for a week in advance. I felt like that was a bit long of a wait especially considering that this was a scheduled appointment and not a walk in.

Great service and quick turn around on my purchase

I have been to this location a few times and this was the first time I was not happy with my service. Had an oil change, asked them to check a rattling noise under the car(this is something that was fixed on previous visits) and I'm sure they didn't even bother to check into it. Not sure the tires were even rotated, the hubcaps were off but I didn't see the tires come off. Plus, I noticed one of the hubcaps now has a crack. This was not like that when I brought the car in. I watched the gal pound on the hubcaps as she was reinstalling them.

It was a new location for me to go to after moving and they made me feel like I was their regular now. They worked quickly and fit me into their busy schedule on a very hot day so I really appreciate the techs working so hard and quickly to get a new wheel put on my vehicle!

Got an oil change, now have something rattling underneath

I had a very poor experience my first time here but after a call from the manager asking me to give them another shot, I thought "what the heck?"�. It was fine but definitely far from a 5 star experience. Although they offer a heavily discounted oil change coupon on their website, the service advisor was hesitant to allow me to receive said discount. At least this time I was greeted (sort of) and thanked (half-heartedly). Relatively quick service.

I went in for a estimate, and they found a loose nut. They fixed it I was on my way. I took the same car to PEP Boys and they wanted $1600.00 to fix it.

Nicole was so friendly and nice. She apologized and was very great with all the customers. Unfortunately i had an appointment and it took 45 before my car was even in the garage to look at.

Excellent communication concerning price, estimated finish time and answers to my questions.

I felt like I was over charged for my oil change. I had one 4 months ago and it was $25. I went again and it was $40! I even have a Big O credit card. I asked multiple times if that was correct. I also feel like every time I take my car in they say I need something done. My car is only 3 years old

Over I thought you guys did a good job, My Passenger front tire only had 15lbs of pressure in it, so had to pull over and fill it after I left your shop, so additional quality check before you send a car out the door would be a benefit. Was notified my Front Ball Joints are bad and quoted $620 to fix, will follow-up with my regular mechanic to validate that work needs to be done and what the cost is with them before I commit to either place for service, Was told doing an alignment would not make sense until that work was done. Thought the tires were good quality and were put on in an efficient manner. Thanks Folks!

Hi had a slow leak in front passenger tire. On my wife's way to work passing by Big O they would always fill up the tire when low tire pressure warning was "on." This happened about every couple weeks in MN weather that would be cold but then warm up and return to very cold. we thought this may have been the cause 'til I thought there may be a slow leak. The purpose of this visit was to check that for a leak. And sure enough there was a screw in the tire that Big O plugged at no charge because these were Big O tires under warranty. Great work, great service and quick. Thank you!

This is the second oil change of 2 in a row where I see oil spots in the garage after Ive had one done at the eagan location. I dont know if someone isnt cleaning up after the job, or if they are taking shortcuts and not removing/reinstalling an engine cowling during the oil change and this collects draining engine oil, but this is getting frustrating.

The older gentleman with glasses was very rude and short with me. I've been to other Big O locations, but this one was the worst.
