Big O Tires

Had an oil change on 7/8 and on 7/9 my truck started to stall. There was a hose not reconnected causing air to not get in the engine. Sloppy service that cost me a tow and a service. Extremely unhappy for the inconvenience due to someone's sloppy mechanic work.

New personnel are excellent

Well my first go around with there machanic Vic was bad now my secind was even worse. I brought my car in and spent 1400$ on my car and Vic did not attach the control arm properly he told me my vehicle was ready to go not even 24 hours later the control arm fell off as i was driving and THANK GOD the worse did not happen this could have easly killed me while driving my car. Now they paid for my towing and had 2 others fix my car again because of the machanic i had to take the day off of work and dmso did my boyfriend and we spent another 12 hours at the shop and thet had to cover all tge fixings but i requested that vic get written up that this mess up could have taken a life and he needed to see and understand the consequencea of a mess up like that and yes i got that in writting to find out he didnt get written up he just got talked to ..... What does a talking to do? NOTHING NOY WHEN IT COULD HAVE TAKEN MY LIFE, MY KIDS LIFE OR MY BOYFRIENDS. we go to a shop and put our life in machanics hands i understand they are human to but when it comes to machanics thats something u should be paying more attention to.. Now i was kied to by the store manager about the write up this is rediculous...... I do want to ahout out a big thank you to kelly and cameron for staying after cloaing and fixing my car and understanding my fears of drivinf it again after that scary experience i had. Now i will be going to corporate with this.....
