Big O Tires

Very well pleased with Shakopee Big O. Friendly and accommodating staff, no high pressure sales pitches. I'll be back, they've earned my business.

I have been going to Big O tires for years, but just moved closer to this location. I have never experienced the friendliness of the staff like I did at this location and felt like they all were very genuine towards the customers in terms of explaining/helping with their products and services there.

Tabitha was very kind, informative, and professional when she checked me in. They took my car in quick, understood my situation and helped me out accordingly. I love that they explain and show what can potential cause future problems so I can keep an eye out on the any complications. Awesome. 10/10.

Your tech told me he wasn't going to be able to patch my tire.

That staff were very welcoming. They explained in detail so many things. I even learnt how to check tire pressure. They explained every detail and more. I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service and care. The lobby was clean and had interesting and current magazines. I'm definitely making this my cars home/ hospital.

Easy to make appointments, communicate was very clear and service was great

From the time I made the appointment to the diagnosis that my car needed rear brakes, I was pleased. Staff was able to put brakes on my vehicle that morning and I was on the road by 11:30 am. Steve, the store manager, is always so helpful and courteous. I will recommend to friends and family.

The excellent customer service I received from Tabatha over the phone and in person along with her team of technicians was phenomenal. Will be back again and again.

Pete gracefully and patiently handled everything I threw at him today- and oh boy, it was a lot! All my concerns were taken care of, all services, plus an additional I asked in store about, were done in a timely manner. I have never been disappointed with this location and today was no different.
