Big O Tires

Always pleased. That's why I keep coming back year after year.

Although there were some issues with winter tire availability prior to my appointment the staff called and explained the changes and matched the original price. My only problem was with the Big O website letting me schedule an appointment with a different shop that wasn’t open on that day though there was no indication of that on the website.

Went in for a brake inspection and was not haggled at all. Clear and informative manager at the desk explain the state of my car. Will be back for service if price and product are better than others.

The battery on our car died and when we called they said they had the battery we were looking for in stock and could install it for us that afternoon. They were very helpful and we really appreciated being able to get a new battery the same day. And the final total was less than their estimate, and they finished before they said they would. Overall a great experience!
