Big O Tires

I THINK IT IS RIDICULOUS TO HAVE YOUR COUNTER PEOPLE DO A TIRE DEPTH CHECK AND ALL KINDS OF OTHER THINGS. THEY SHOULD JUST DO A MILEAGE AND LICENSE PLATE # AND MOVE ON. THOSE OTHER THINGS SHOULD BE CHECKED BY THE MECHANIC ONCE IT IS IN THE SHOP. HOW INCONSIDERATE OF YOU TO MAKE YOUR COUNTER STAFF GO OUT IN THE COLD AND DO ALL OF THAT. IF THAT IS A MUST THEN YOU NEED MORE THAN ONE PERSON WORKING THE COUNTER AS IT TOOK ME 20 MINUTES TO CHECK IN BECAUSE THE PERSON HAD TO GO GET ALL THAT INFO FOR 3 VEHICLES AHEAD OF ME.

Counter person listened to my explanation of what had already been checked and made sure we were in agreement before starting work. It has been our experience that mechanics only listen to men about cars and think women do not understand. My wife is extremely intelligent about mechanical equipment. when she gets a "you better ask your husband about this" attitude, she is out the door. We have known your mechanic Vic Cheever since 1991 and trust him greatly. We will be a repeat customer and will recommend Big O to many people that we know. You have done a few jobs for our family and we can see that you can be trusted.
