Big O Tires

The store was running late as they had been booked solid all day. Tony B. was so very personal and accommodating. Anthony who did the oil change was great. The staff made me feel very welcomed and I will be back for more service there. Note: We have had other service done and have always been pleased with the service.

During thanksgiving holdiday weekend took extra time and took care of it

I called to ask about pricing to fix a slow leak in my tire from a nail, and was pleased to find out Big O would perform the fix for free! The staff was friendly and polite and fixed my tire on a busy Friday, which was great.

Finally a place I can go to get the family vehicles serviced that is trustworthy and reasonable. Until recently I had taken our vehicles to a repair shop that is named after a major brand of tires. They checked over the vehicle and told me I needed $1400.00 of work done, so I decided to get a second opinion and took the vehicle to Big O Tires. They took the time to show me what was really causing the problem and the total repair was about $214.00. Since then I have taken other family vehicles to Big O after other family members had gotten repair estimates from the other repair shop and Big O mechanics did the same trustworthy repair service. You have our business and I am making sure that I spread the word that Big O is the place to go.

They were able to order the tires I needed within a couple of days and get me scheduled. Very quick turn around which was great.
