I stopped in for a new battery. Bob greeted me and handled my concern in a timely manner. Victor was very nice and also helpful. When I was leaving, Victor made sure to let me know that some spots in the parking lot were slippery and to be careful so I wouldn't fall. I thought that was very thoughtful of Victor.
