I was doing that alignment and there was a problem with my back tires bolt they couldn’t undo so they went beyond there to help and they did everything they can to loosen a bolt up so they did really good job.

Since this company has bought out NTB the quality of the service has declined! I had a recent appt. for an oil change. The appt was at 2pm and my car wasn't brought back until 2:30. While paying for my service, the credit card reader wasn't working properly. I was charged twice. The cashier said I wasn't charged twice when in fact I was. I am currently disputing the extra charge through my bank. Upon leaving the Shakopee, MN location. I noticed there was grease on my passengers seat, my drivers side door, and also the panel of my driver's side door. When I noticed the grease I was already about 10 minutes away at Walmart. I called and had to take my car back to the shop. This was a major inconvenience as I had to be in Minneapolis by 4pm. When returned, Bob was very nonchalant about it. Took his time to go get someone to clean my car. As I was asking him questions, the phone rung and he took the call and left me standing at the desk! I feel this was poor customer service. I feel he could have put the call on hold and made sure my needs were met first. He did not. It was about 10 minutes later, when another employee walked in and asked me how I was doing. He seemed as he may have been a manager. I told him I was frustrated by the events that had taken place. He asked was I being helped and I told him Bob when to go get someone but my needs didn't seem to be a priority. I also let him know of my time schedule. I must also mention, Bob was still on the phone. The other employee immediately went into the shop to get someone to clean my car. My car was cleaned and I left. I was never offered and apology. Bob stayed on the phone, and I wasn't offered any compensation. On top of all that, I find out the next day I was charged twice for the oil change! I immediately called the shop. Bob answered the phone. I told him what happened. He did check into it and called me back only to tell me he only seen I charge and suggested I leave where I was at to show him the double charge. I was not able to do so because I was not close to the shop. Bob said that was the only way he could help me. I then called my bank and filed a claim. I must say, this is the WORST service I have experienced in the years I have bringing my car to that location! I have been driving to that location for about 6 years because of the service. I trusted them with my car. I will now find somewhere else to bring my car to and inform people of the decline of service and professionalism at the Shakopee location!

The receipt did not explain what was found regarding a slow leak of the left (drivers side) rear tire. Upon examining the wheels, I found a new valve stem on the Drivers side front tire after the rotation (I would expect the rear to be at the front)

I had a potential problem with a tire prior to a long distance trip. The staff got me scheduled and took care of the problem very quickly. I am very pleased with the service I received.

I came in on a Wednesday but no one helped me so I left. I came back Thursday, but were unable to get me in during lunch so I made an appointment for Friday. They said it should take an hour, but it took 1.5h. Price was good. The people were very friendly.

Pete was super helpful, called and explained what exactly needed and it had wrong parts, didnt charge me anything until I had it fixed.

My husbands car needed his breaks fixed, new roters on both sides in the front, and oil change. Dropped the car off and was called when ready, same day. Pete put a $100 off coupon towards the bill and was very personable. Very friendly!!! I really appreciate his excellent customer service!
