Hello, thank you for asking. My first experience with BigO Tires was not really good. The customer service was responsive and people were nice. But i have a doubts regarding the quality of work, which in the shop like yours is the most important thing. What i needed was simple: Replace and balance rear tires. Result: 1. When i got home I checked the preasure.B oth tires were about 27PSI instead of 32. Come on it is an ease one! 2. I checked the screws and on the left wheel i could thigh them by hand! 3. Also both rims have no sigh of any balancing. So i thing it was not done at all. Regards Roman Pacuta Minnesota

I paid for a tire rotation. I marked one of my tires. This tire was not rotated. Unless I'm missing something I'm assuming that the tire rotation wasn't done. Because of this I cannot see returning to this location in the future.

I was disappointed with the level of customer service and professionalism with the employees. There were several people that I assume to be friends in the bay. I imagine that is why it took over an hour for my oil change. When it was done I had to wait another 10 minutes to get the work paid for. No reason it should have taken that long.

I brought my car in and was turned away because he said it was a recall. Cool. Bring it to the dealership and it indeed, was NOT a recall. He gave me papers for the recall even. What ended up being fixed wasn't even close to the papers. He sent me on my way with a car that was having transmission heat sensor issues and the Turbo sensor needed replacement. Why didn't your guys catch that? He sent me off to spend 1K somewhere else... So thank you, for showing me that this shop is full of morons. I'll never be back.

Very cold day and was not offered coffee or water during stay. Myself and other guess had to figure out how to operate coffee machine and had to find coffee cups for ourself. Also felt that I was overcharged in labor and parts cost and was told I would have to pay additional labor cost to replace a part that was unavailable at time of service. So, I paid for a job (almost 1,000.) that was incomplete.Not a happy experience.

Techs do not know what they are doing. Did not perform proper inspection. Coolant was low and marked coolant on inspection form as "�good'. Over filled oil during oil change. I should not have to check my oil after an oil change.... don't trust this shop whatsoever

Had an 1100 appt Sunday 3/15 for oil and rotate and planned on waiting (Shakopee). Got there early. At 1105 I was told they couldn't start for 1/2 hour so I had someone pick me up. At 1215 Paul called me asking how to take my oil cap off. Said it was too tight and they can't service it if they can't get it off. Also said it was the wrong cap. I've had my last 8 services at NTB in TX and last one at Big O in Shakopee and never had been advised of any cap problem. Received another call back from Paul telling me my oil was contaminated and that I needed an oil flush. I believe this was a needless upsell but I wasn't there and needed this simple service completed so I told them to proceed. I went to the store to check on around 1:20. Tech was just finishing up the flush. Paul showed me the cap which was a little dirty on the inside. That was the reason for recommending the flush. Truck has 100k on it, I don't believe the flush was necessary. So 1:30 he says truck is done. Didn't rotate or balance like I had requested, he even had it high lighted on the service ticket. He said it didn't really need it. I paid for lifetime rotate/balance when I bought my tires and always get this done at my oil changes. They put it back on the rack and performed this requested work. So another 45 minutes go by. Truck is brought out front. Paul has paperwork. I ask to see the checklist from the service ticket showing brake wear etc. It's all blank. He disappears comes back a few minutes later with a few random numbers written on the checklist and says brakes are fine. I'm pretty darn disappointed with this experience and I pay the bill. I get in my truck to leave and my steering wheel is greasy, leaving my hand black. I go back in, tell Paul and show him my hand. He gives me some paper towels and walks away to talk to another customer. So pretty bad experience all around. NTB had always been great and the last time I was at the Shakopee Big O I did have a good experience. Different people helped me this time and my rating shows my lack of satisfaction.

Horrible experience with my oil change. Picked up my vehicle, tech didn't reset my oil change notification & couldn't figure out how to, within 2 min of leaving my battery light & another warning light illuminated on my dash, went back, they checked my vehicle & found the cracked my oil filter, oil leaking on my alternator, I was there for another hour for them to clean up the oil & replace the cracked filter...Will never go back again nor would I refer Big O Tires to anyone.

They were very helpful getting me back on the road felt confident when I left. Had bad tires and valve stems on a trailer I just bought.

The oil cap was left off my vehicle, discovered by me a couple days latter after I noticed a big oil mess in my garage and under the hood along with oil spots in my driveway. Big O Management has been difficult to contact and provide compensation for the damage. This is the second they have failed to replace my oil cap causing damage at Big O. It has been 3 months and I have not been compensated.

The change in personnel at this location has made a tremendous difference. Pete is a great communicator, very knowledgeable, and checks all the boxes as a manager that cares about the customer and his workers. Robert ( the technician) was very helpful discussing my trucks status and answered all my questions and then some. You just don’t see this high level of service at many places these days. Big thanks to this Big O.
