I called at 4pm and they were able to squeeze me in at 4:30. I got a very reasonable estimate in order to make my vehicle safe again, and will be back. The sales associate was so helpful.

I got an oil change and they replaced my flat tire with my schedule. They also put my sore tire back into my trunk neat and tidy

Needed two tires to match the two put on in February which was accomplished. Downside is the retrieval of customer request and data-there was no record of my Feb. visit. I proceeded to set up the appt. and necessary information was gathered. When I came back for the appt. two days later, I again had to restate the reason for the visit, the tire choice and customer data. Throughout the sales staff was friendly, and provided good customer service. Suggestion: rethink checkin steps.

I was able use Google maps to find the location then use that to find the Big O webisite where I scheduled my appointment online. It was quick and easy to do. I arrived at the scheduled time and was seen first thing. After the service the associate offered to put my winter wheels into my wife’s car. I appreciated the help. I’m very happy with the service I received and will definitely think of them for any car care needs I have in the future.
