Tire was found to have a bead leak and was fixed for free. I was worried about some wear on the sides, but was told that it was OK.

Thought for sure I'd need the rear brakes replaced because my parking brake wasn't releasing and there's 140,000 miles on them. Turns out there was plenty of pad left, he cleaned them up and they're fine.

I recently visited the Big O Tire store in Inver Grove Heights on Robert Street. I had checked the oil in my car at a gas station and as I was driving down the highway my hood popped up and was only being held by the safety latch. I stopped at Big O Tires by the recommendation from an auto parts store in the area. I had made numerous attempts to secure the hood. The mechanic at Big O Tire looked at the hood and fixed the problem within a couple of minutes and even showed me what to do if it happened again. This was done at no charge. I only wish I had written his name down. If I were living in the area or near the Big O Tire in Inver Grove Heights they would be getting my car needs. Jim Manley
