Alex was the technician that did the work on my Corvette. He was extremely competent and took great care with my prized possession!

Easy to schedule and get an appointment. Didn't have to wait a long time for an oil change. Showed me my air filter and explained that it could cause my car to run inadequate.

Was in for tire rotation as i bought the tires this year at Big O. Clerk said I was missing a lug nut and he will order a new one. Friendly service.

Taking over an hour to rotate tires seemed like a long time when I have an appointment ahead. Counter clerk said technician was having trouble getting the tires off, but gave no further explanation.

Bought my tires here this year and the fellow at counter was good enough to print out a discount coupon for oil change. For some reason I was missing a tire lug nut so had one put on. Thought the price of $14 for it was a little stiff. But overall a good job!

I called a week before my oil change asking what mileage was on my car prior to the upcoming appointment. They had a VERY old mileage number. It would be nice if they put it into there system every time i get a oil change. Other than that, amazing place and people.

The young man who answered the phone needs to slow down and articulate his words. I could not understand him and asked him to repeat it. He wasn't happy and chose to just ask if I was calling about the 3 for 1 sale. It doesn't take much longer to articulate your words so people can understand. The person who checked me in didn't pay attention to detail and forgot a part of my order. The mechanic had to bring my car back in and repeat steps he had already done. I appreciated that. Overall I like the full service and enjoy the quality I get for my money.

The only complaint is that when I went to pay for my service (oil change), they didn't tell me that they don't do conventional oil anymore. Therefore, my price was higher than what I normally pay.

Everyone is friendly and works with you on whatever the issue is with your vehicle. I have had no issues except they were supposed to call me when my car was completed and I never got that call. It was fine as my car was completed when I arrived.
