I got there early and they got my car in for an oil change tire and fluid check right away. The gentlemen that waited on me was extremely nice respectful and knowledgeable. I love this big O I recommend to all my friends in the area. I drive 10 miles one way to get to this store I’m very happy there. Thank you.

The fellows I met were very professional and love what they do. I had a problem with scheduling online. My appointment was not reflecting on their end. The tires I had chosen were not available either and cost a lil higher by 200 bucks. However, I am glad that you guys are able to get me up and running. Be blessed 🙌.

While I only went in for an oil change they did an inspection of my brakes, turns out I needed new pads on the front. I was reluctant to even do the service because it was freezing, the customer service pretty much sucked and I wasn't even sure I wanted to stay the extra time. Additionally, they broke two of my lug nuts and while they did not charge me, ya it was their fault, I had to wait extra time for another location to bring them. An oil change that I was early for turned into an almost 2 hour ordeal. I would have liked an estimated amount of time because had I agreed and didn't have the time to wait what would they have done?

Staff is always friendly and helpful

I have been taken in all 3 of my cars in for oil changes recently with appointments and all have taken over 1.5 hours. Seems rather long for this service and was not really told why or apologized for wait.

Ross, the manager took the time to explain the product selection and his recommendations. He was very knowledgeable and I will recommend him to other s I know.

Business inadvertently charged me for the filter on a free oil and filter change service. Will be going back to request a refund on the over-charge.

No matter which location I go to the stores are clean, staff is helpful and friendly.

The manager is a great guy. I wish the company would stop sending me emails on how the did. I have not done business there in months & now my inbox is being blown up about writing a review! So this is the reason for a 2 star review. Not the stores fault but the fault of whom ever is in charge of the company

Friendly environment good pricing

Came in for oil change and tire rotation. I specifically asked for tire rotation because in the past this same store has not done it when asked. Not even sure why I gave it another chance. Staff is friendly but really disappointing when you specifically ask for a service and it does not get done. I came back in to pick up my car when they said it was ready. I paid and when walking back out to my car I noticed the tires AGAIN had not been rotated. I had to go back in to the store and ask them to rotate the tires this took another 30 minutes of me waiting in the store during my workday and being unproductive. This is time I will never get back. Also, they were trying to sell me new suspension, brake fluid etc which I appreciate if they notice something is wrong.....but please don't sell me something until you first do the services that I ask for. Lastly, I need new tires on two of my vehicles....How can I trust a shop with a larger purchase/service if you cannot do the little, simple things right like a oil change and tire rotation. Sorry for the negative feedback but I hope this helps your future business. I want to see businesses thrive.

Competitive prices, knowledgeable staff and friendly service. The tire I needed was in stock and professionally mounted in a short time. They did great work.
