I had a tire that was leaking air. However I had no idea which tire as I had just had them rotated. They were very good about figuring it out. However, another issue came up that I had lug nuts that were swollen. I had never heard of this so was very leery. I googled it only to find out that this is definitely an issue and especially with Fords and a few other types of cars. The guy was able to save me money by finding a bundle of lug nuts which are sold together and was cheaper. Saving me money is always a great thing!! I think I know where I might get my next tires! Thanks for the great service and explaining the problems in detail!

Associate was prompt, polite and friendly. He took the time to explain my options. He also took the time to communicate by typing on the computer screen. The whole time he was patient and attentive and I did not feel rushed.

I asked how long for the simple oil change as I was dropping my car off for the appt. They said 1 hr to 1:15; apparently they were short help (that's what I overheard as they were talking on the phone with someone) and it took 2:40. Had they said a more realistic estimate or asked about changing the appt - I would have been MUCH happier. It was my second time getting service at Big O Tires. I should have demanded a free service. But they should have been offering it; to get me to come back again. I have NEVER had such a slow oil change! I do not plan to return; I had been thinking about getting tires there. One other thing, the Keurig is sitting there broken with a note apologizing; either replace it or remove it. Very dissatisfied customer

Due to high demand, nobody in town had the 1st choice of tire that I really wanted. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and they had them. The same day I might add!!!!!

Unfortunately my experience with the store was not a happy one. I had purchased a vehicle and and has four brand new tires on it from the store that were just put on September of 2018, when I purchase the vehicle the previous owner gave me all of the repair receipts that have been done along with the receipt from big o tires in which the previous owner had bought the protection plan for these tires. I ended up with a flat tire and contacted this store and spoke with an employee who then transferred me to the store manager in which I explained to him that I had just purchased this car and I have the receipt for the tires to prove that they were just put on and that there was a protection plan, the manager schedule an appointment for me and told me that they would take care of me. unfortunately I had to reschedule that appointment for just a couple days later due to some work issues and when I called to reschedule I again explained but I just bought the car and I have the receipt and there was a protection plan and once again the gentleman on the other end of the phone rescheduled and I asked him what type of protection plan was it and if it was 12,000 miles or 12 months, and he proceeded to tell me that it was even better than that and don't worry they would take care of me. So my appointment was on Thursday the 4th of July at 5 p.m. in which I had showed up and when I walked into the store I was greeted by a younger man and I explained to him that I had an appointment showed him my receipt and he acted as if I had said something wrong and told me that it's probably not covered play protection plan because I'm a new owner of the car. He then went and got another employee who came out and looked up the receipt and proceeded to tell me that because it's not the owner that paid for the tires they could not honor their protection plan, and as I told him I didn't understand why that would be being that it's a new driver but the same tires that they already been paid for along with getting paid for that protection plan that that protection plan should be honored until it is up itself. He then got on the phone and said that he was calling his manager and then told me that his manager was going to call corporate, so again on a holiday and now this is around 5:30 p.m. this manager is calling corporate? so you mean to tell me that corporate is open on a holiday at 5:30 p.m.? In the meantime waiting to hear back from this manager the employee tells the other guy to go get my car and bring it in and start the repair, I wish I had to stop him because we didn't know if it was covered yet by the protection plan but yet he just assumed that I would pay out of pocket without asking me or know what was going on from corporate on a holiday at 5:30 p.m. so just as I suspected the manager calls back after speaking to corporate add a holiday at 5:30 p.m. that it was not in fact covered anymore on the protection plan that this company was paid for but then will not honor. After they looked at my tire the employee proceeded to tell me that there was a bubble that I informed on the side of my tire and that's where the flat came from and that it was a defect of the tire itself, so they're telling me to come in and they will take care of me with this protection plan on a holiday and then when I get there they're telling me that they're not going to honor what they've already been paid for and yet it is a defect of the tire that they sold. Unbelievable, I wasted my time and my gas on a holiday with a company who already knew what the situation was and told me to come in cuz they would take care of me but made me feel as if they only had me come in knowing the only way I could get a repair done was by making payment of almost $100 when all four tires cost $234.00 not including labor charge. I'm quite disgusted at this situation, no where on the receipt does it say void if new owner and why didn't the manager who scheduled me not know of this and instead cl
