Assuming 5 was the best? The guys that were there were amazing!! They thought they fixed my vehicle but when I drove off it turned out it was not 100% yet. So we called them back and they offered to pay for our towing bill if necessary (thankfully it was not) and to fix whatever was wrong with it the second time. It cost a lot to get it fixed but they didn't charge me the second time I came back. So thankful for them!!

We were helped by Pandora. She was very professional, friendly, and amazing, giving us a very good price for the tires. The tires were replaced fast, and they've done an awesome job here. I would definitely be a returning customer, and recommened this shop to anyone I know!

Purchased 4 Nitto Cross Cut II tires on the recommendation of Grant. So far am very pleased with the tires. Plan to write a second review in approximately 12 months as I will have had the opportunity to review tread wear. The Cross Cut were significantly less in cost than Goodyear and Michelin. The Buy 3 and receive 1 tire at No Cost is a great promotion/deal.

I have had many tires issues over the years I’ve been driving my vehicles and every other shop in the area has let me down. This Big O tire location has always come through for me and been very helpful. This location has become my first stop and comes highly recommended to my friends when they are looking for service.
