I definitely recommend coming to this BigO tires location. I had done a lot of research over the week, made plenty of calls, and glad I ended up here. The lady at the counter was so helpful and made the place comfortable. That's important because it's somewhere you'll be for a while. I got the best deal around, and the technician covered all bases and let me know everything to watch out for regarding my car (I have a couple of minor fixes to do) Thanks for everything! Christina

Bob at the desk was great, and the technician came out to tell me that he found a nail in the tire, but could fix it for free. When I returned the car to its owner she said 'oh, that's probably why the light was on'. Thanks Big O

When a mechanic tell you there is a bigger problem and sends you somewhere else cause he can't help you. Without charging you anything, this is refreshing and should be the norm but sad to say is not. Thank You BigOTires St Louis Park. For honest and fair service.

After being turned away by 2 tire repair stores I came to Big O with little hope left. I was obviously not having the best day but The front desk let me know they were still going to look at my tire and try their best to patch it. A quick 45 minutes later and they handed me my keys and said they were able to fix it! I then went to pay but they let me know they patch tires for free as a convenience for people! They also kindly let me know my tire sensors had low battery and gave me information on how I could get them fixed. I have already told all my friends in the area about Big O Tires because I have never had better customer service at any other auto repair store than I did hear. So thank you for making my day!!
