Big O Tires

This was my second or third experience with Big O Tires, plus one with the same crew under the NTB banner. I am in awe at how curteous and understanding they are, and do not hesitate to recommend them if a friend or co-worker asks me about car service. Their explanations are clear and easy to understand, prices are reasonable, and the jobs are done right.

Ellen was so friendly and helpful! It was a pleasure to work with her during such a stressful inconvenience that I was experiencing with my car. The gentlemen in the back were knowledgeable and helpful and got the job done quickly. I will definitely be back. :)

I believe "Jeff"� helped me the day I came in for an oil change. He was very friendly and knowledgable and gave me a rundown on what I do/do not need to get my vehicle ready for winter. I appreciate him explaining things and keeping me informed. Excellent, fast service on my vehicle as well. In and out of the store in 30 mins. Thank you guys!

These guys are WONDERFUL! We feel treated so well and now not only are my husband and I bringing our cars in to Big O for everything, but our kids and their spouses are now too. We feel more comfortable and trust your staff more than we ever have at any other car repair shop. Gary is especially excellent. We think he is GREAT! We will be life customers!

Good fast service Good price

I brought my truck in on a Sunday morning to get the tire patched from a screw. I had tried setting up an appointment online but there wasn't any availability. Being that it was a work truck and I couldn't drive it with a flat tire, I just asked if I could leave it there. The receptionist said that they would try to fit it in even though again, I didn't have an appointment. I left and about an hour later, received a call that it was fixed. I went to pick it up and they said my first fix was free. Great way to manage clients' expectations and then over deliver on service!

I received excellent service. Very knowledgeable team.

Checked my sensor , reset it , and filled up my spare , no charge . Very satisfied .

Gary the Mechanic was thorough and showed me the tire on the rack and his opinion on my tire choice. Also cares about the set up of suspension and the under carriage. and the front desk gal Ellie? was encouraging through the process. good price, great service!
