This was my first visit to Big O and I was impressed with their service and attention to detail. I had a tire leaking air which was promptly repaired. I will consider Big O for future services needs/tires.

Went here for the first time to get my tire patched. Could not have asked for a better experience. They patched the tire for FREE and didn't even try to sell me on a bunch of other stuff, which was refreshing. The front desk gal was really friendly and helpful. I will definitely be giving them my business when it is time for new tires! Highly recommend!

Gary the Mechanic was thorough and showed me the tire on the rack and his opinion on my tire choice. Also cares about the set up of suspension and the under carriage. and the front desk gal Ellie? was encouraging through the process. good price, great service!
